0165(2)(b)&(c) Licensor observed wind blinds with cords in all classrooms and observed many classrooms with the cord accesible to children. 1065(2)(d) Licensor observed bags accesible to children in unlocked storage spaces accessible to children in a classroom and the lunch room. 0165(3)(d) Licensor observed the utility closet with the washer and dryer and the mop bucket was unlocked. 0165(5)(a) Licensor observed all outlets were not tamper resistant and had the child proof plugs in them rather than a blank plate. 0165(5)(b) Licensor observed a non-GFCI outlet near the sink in one of the bathrooms and the sink in the kitchen.
